Artemis Fowl book four: The Opal Deception

I gave this book a rating of 4 beans. It's the third book in the Artemis fowl series. Again, I don't want to tell you much about it in case I spoil the first three. But if you like the first ones you will most definetly like this book!

Artemis Fowl book three: The Eternity Code

I gave this book a rating of four beans (or four pairs of drumsticks). It's the third book in the Artemis fowl series. If you liked the first two you will like this book. I won't tell you anything else in case I spoil the first books.

Sorry I haven't Posted in a while

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have not had much time. I was on the junior high musical called Suesical Jr. I wasn't actually in the play I was the Sound Techy up in the sound/light booth. I was in charge of muting and un-muting the cordless microphones for the main characters. It was really fun. Today was our last performance so now I can read.

Artemis Fowl book two: The Arctic Incident

I gave this book a rating of 4 beans. It's the second book in the series so far. It's the continued story of a thirteen year old boy who is a complete genius and criminal mastermind. He runs into the fairies again in this book and they try to save his father who was thought to be dead. The first book had to earn it's way up to a four bean rating. But this book was four beans all the way through. Look for the third book on the list soon. I have started reading it. It will probably be on in a few days if I have enough time for reading (I better have some time!!!).

Sprout Here

It's Sprout again. Today I want to tell you about a book called I, Freddy, written by Dietlof Reiche. It is about a hamster who lives in a pet store. He gets sick and tired of it. So he watches the TV in the pet store and learns tricks to do when the next customer comes and looks at his cage. When the customer comes in, Freddy starts doing his tricks and IT WORKS...he gets put in a box and rides in the car to the apartment to meet his new owner, Sophie. Sophie is really nice to Freddy. But soon, Sophie's mom becomes allergic to Freddy. So Freddy goes to a guy named Mr John's house. He has a cat and two guinea pigs. Freddy soon sees Mr John typing on his typewriter, and he wants to type too. This crazy hamster knows how to read and write! Mr John gets a MAC computer. Freddy gets out of his cage and learns how to type on it. He starts to talk to Mr John over the computer. He has all kinds of adventures in his new home. This book is hilarious! I can't wait to read the next one.

Upcoming books

Some of the upcoming books that I will be posting about are Artemis Fowl: books 2-4. Also, a book that I found and pulled off the shelf called Viking Warrior. I don't know if it's any good so I'll have to find out. That's about it for now. There are a couple more books that are coming that I can't remember the name of. Since I'm too lazy to get up and check you'll just have to deal with it. Anyway, since it's almost ten o'clock I better log off. Talk to you later!

The Rangers Apprentice book three: The Icebound land

This book is awesome! I gave it a rating of four beans (or in this case, balls). It's book three to The Rangers Apprentice book 1:Ruins of Gorlan and The Rangers Apprentice book 2: The Burning Bridge. The fourth book is supposed to come out soon if it's not out already. This book is the continued story of how the Apprentice Ranger and the undercover princess try to escape the dangerous Skandians.

I need more books to read!

I know that since my grandpa shows everybody my blog, there are librarians that read it. So librarians, if you have any books that you think I would like, post a comment and tell me about it. I'm open to all suggestions.

Artemis Fowl

I gave this book a rating of four beans. It's about a twelve year old kid who is an absolute genius. He is trying to get a hold of a book containing all the fairy laws and rules. He wants to know the rules so that he can use them to get hold of fairy gold. You know how everybody says that there is gold at the end of the rainbow. Well, he wants it. He has to be very clever to do it. Read the book to find out about all the crazy things he comes up with to get a hold of it. This is the first book of six as far as I know. The author is Eoin Colfer.

The Last Apprentice: Night of the Soul Stealer

I give this book a rating of four. I ran out of pictures of beans so now I have to use just any old # 4. This is the third book in The Last Apprentice series. In this book the Spook and Tom go to the Spooks winter house and meet the Spooks old girlfriend Meg. I don't want to say anymore in case I spoil the rest of the book so I guess I'll end right here. See ya!

The Land of the Silver Apples

I gave this book a rating of four beans. It was written by Nancy Farmer. This is the sequel to The Sea of Trolls. I'd probably give the first book a rating of four beans also. They're about a kid named Jack who is an apprentice Bard. His little sister get's kidnapped and he has to save her. While he's trying to save her he runs into all sorts of monsters and stuff. My dad just grabbed the first book randomly, since I liked it I read the second book. It's over 400 pages. It was really good!
